Is Two Prime regulated?

Two Prime is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") as an investment adviser under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the "Advisers Act"), effective August 2014. The Firm’s SEC registration number is 801-23219. The Firm is also SOC 1 Type 1 and SOC 2 Type 1 certified. This means that an independent auditor verified that Two Prime’s internal controls for customer financial data (SOC 1) and data security/availability (SOC 2) are well designed and operating effectively in accordance with standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). The Firm currently operates under an NFA exemption as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA). However, we expect to become a formally registered CTA in January 2026. The exemption, as well as full registration, means Two Prime can advise others on the value or advisability of trading futures contracts, options on futures, retail off-exchange forex contracts, or swaps. Lastly, Two Prime currently offers Broker-Dealer services as a branch office of LPS Capital. LPS Capital (member FINRA/SIPC/NFA) is a full-service, boutique Broker-Dealer headquartered in New York City, Long Island, and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
